Shipping Policy


Most orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. 

Please contact us at [email protected] if your tracking number is not up after 2-3 weeks.

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 2-6 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on  [email protected] and we can tell you the status of your order.

Items that mention free shipping are based on you purchasing 1 item. If you add multiple items to your basket you will be charged shipping due to the combined weight of your items.

Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! Our shipping costs are the lowest around.

Cancellation Policy:

In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our international supplier, we issue 100% Refund in form of a Coupon Code. Which can be used for any further purchase. If we have already started the import procedure, usually 24-48 hours from purchase date, we will not be able to cancel the order. So please ask to cancel orders before 48 hours since ordering.

Fanatics Sport holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfill the order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fanatics Sport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Fanatics Sport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
